Nice Venue but Floor Seats during any Concert not worth It... Seats have no levitation and all you see are peoples heads and back. I should have selected First Floor Row instead. They have better view and seats are full leather with Cup Holders. This is my fourth time in Floor Seats, I'm done with floor seats, next time will get 1 row. But Marc Anthony Concert was worth It.

This was my first time at an NBA game after years of being a big fan. I saw the Orlando Magic play against the Boston Celtics. I didn't now what to expect but I was very excited, especially after getting to the stadium and to my seat.

Also, those prices there were outrageous for food. I guess that should be expected in a stadium or big sporting event like that. It still just surprised me as it's not gourmet at all. Not even high quality. If it was at least high quality I could understand the high prices, but at any rate it was fun to watch the game. The other thing that was a bit unfortunate was that the seats were small. If you are a tall person you won't be super comfortable. Or if you are a big person you won't either. The seats give no leg room or hip room. If you're above 5'8" expect your knees to be against the seats in front of you. If you're taller than that, we just have to suffer. Especially if you're 6'6"+. You would think with a sport like basketball, where height comes into play as much as it does that the arena seats would be big enough for big or tall fans.

Very nice arena had a great time here! There is plenty of signage to make it easy to find your seat and lots of helpful staff if you do get lost. Be sure to look up security rules as they are very strict about what you can bring(no bags ect.). Also expect to pay $8-$12 for a beer depending on what you get, food is also overpriced but this is any sports arena/stadium these days. Over all I highly recommend this arena for sports and or events. Will be going again soon!

Great venue for any event. If you're tall or have long legs, you may want to consider accessible seating options. Regular seats do not have enough leg room for taller individuals. The large soda and popcorn in concessions is a great bargain as it is refillable throughout the event at any concession area.

The service gives you a perception of excellence but they are unable to fulfill the care needed for the elderly and handicapped. We were advised not to bring our own chair. Their office stated an usher would be available to take us to the Founders Floor. There was not. 45 minutes later they rushed a wheelchair under our Mother before she collapsed. The lines are long. The people are friendly and polite they are just unable to provide wheelchair service. Anthony has gone beyond and above to accommodate us even getting a jacket for our Mother because she was so cold. The Center is very comfortable and spacious. There doesn’t seem to be a bad seat. But even after a wonderful concert which would have made this review much better. Their customer service failure was solidified...again no chair! Even after speaking with the concierge, ushers and Suite servers we waited another 50 minutes for wheelchair assistance. The idea to be able to meet their guest with wheelchair assistance at the parking lot, wheel them to their private elevator and deliver us to our reserved room sounds wonderful but in reality you stand in line, wait for hours and fin for yourself. Bring a wheelchair!

I thought the seats were fine even as high as I was in the upper deck. I could still see fine and it was a fun time. What I didn't like about the stadium was that you pay a lot of money for drinks, soda, souvenir cups, and then none of the soda machines worked. So in order to get a refill I had to stand in line at the food place again and again. It was a bit annoying because now instead of watching the game, I standing in a line.
