Now comes to today when I booked a shuttle bus again, this time to the airport. I had called two days ago to book it. As my flight is at 6 am I was told I would take the 3:10 am shuttle. The airport is a mere 20 mins away, but I presumed that I needed to compensate for other passengers. I left my apartment at 3 and there was an older man in a regular cab sitting outside. He asked for my name and said that they sent him instead. Honestly, it's not the end of the world but it would have been nice to know that I would not be taking/looking for a shuttle because it's a bit strange for a young girl to just get into a taxi with some random guy. The ride here was without problem but I ended up getting here by 3:20 am and told rudely by an airport employee that the check in desk doesn't even open until 4. Now I wait for 2 and a half hours regretting not just calling an Uber.
I don't believe anyone who is rating this as a 1. Friendly bus drivers are always right on time. They will welcome you as you go through different parks and areas. The buses smells clean and the seats are NOT dirty. Bus drivers works really hard and I appreciate them. They are not even that close to be expensive! DEFINITELY worth coming here!!!
I have never left a complaint for a company before but I feel like this needs to be written. The first time I used the shuttle service at Orlando, I approached the ladies on to the buses and was given extreme attitude and a buzzer that would go off when my bus was here. As I had entered in my flight time beforehand I thought that the bus won't be too much of a wait. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting over an hour. Then, when I got on the shuttle, the driver was extremely rude to me and started yelling at the other passengers. As we drove, she had loud religious music playing which wasn't a big deal but I still think perhaps a bit inappropriate. Knowing the area, I saw that we were very close to where I needed to be dropped off. Instead of going to my location, I was stuck on the bus and went on a 40 minute detour dropping off the other passengers. When it got to my stop, the driver just stopped in the middle of the road and told me to get out. She didn't even unbuckle her seat belt so I had to awkwardly get up and open the door. Then she just sped off.
Have tried 4 different times over the last few weeks to take advantage of their 10% discount advertised online and even though the information I've entered "is correct", the site gives me an error note. When I called them (twice) they refuse to book ahead and told me that the 10% discount is not a guaranty and if the site isn't working "oh well, just check-in at the desk when you arrive". Some people want the convenience of "not" having to wait in lines to "check'in". Not very good customer service...people were snobby both times when I called.... and I think the 10% is just a bunch of nothing.... no wonder their rating is less then 3%...(and if I had my way I wouldn't have given them a star at all ---but have to to post)
The worst experience of my life. Do not use this company. I took a shuttle bus in Orlando. It took 50 minutes to get to hotel from airport. Fat guy next to me talking on cell phone. I will never do this again. Some employees are not happy with there job. I had to go back into airport to get my ticket. Total mess. Just go get a taxi for 10 more dollars.
We were visiting from Fargo, ND and our resort helped set up airport transportation as we brought 2 kids and wanted to avoid bringing car seats. Our driver Omar M was prompt, polite, and very professional. He came with the seats installed and never was late in 5 days of rides. I can’t speak for the other drivers but Omar M was excellent and we will certainly request him again when we visit Orlando.
