The location is near the Osceola county border. The traffic to get to this neighborhood is unbelievable, so many traffic lights have been added in recent months is a nightmare. The architectural look of the some of the homes are nice but some are equally unpleasant painted with jelly bean like colors. Looked into all the new builders but definitely felt like it was overpriced compare to other places in Lake Nona with much better locations. The HOA includes mandatory fees to their own cable company owned by Tavistock (Dais) and my friend who is currently renting there told me their customer service is terrible and they lose their internet connection all the time. For such a large subdivision the gym is very small. Ended up buying in another Lake Nona subdivision with better prices and location.
Innovative but homey feel with beautiful amenities in a great location.
Great community. You get what you pay for. Community is still being built. So there are small hickups but things are improving each day. I love the nonsense reviews from people who don't even live or own a home here. They are totally useless. Ask a person who lives here what is it to live here. I have lived in several communities in Orlando and Laureate Park is one of the best.
