Great staff, very friendly and answers all my questions. The maintenance staff is great. They take care of issues within a couple of days, depending on what they are, emergency issues would be right away! If you treat people like you want to be treated then you will receive the best results!!! Clean community, great pool, BBQ area, indoor workout area and community center. People complain about the parking because they are home at 2am in the morning, well of course there is no parking and they park on the side of the curbs. Which is allowed if you remove your car that morning. There is plenty of parking during the day and into the evening, just not so much very late, normal for any place you go. You need to move your car, if not they they tow, which they should. So the people who complain don't want to follow the rules. Great place to live!! I would recommend!
This is probably the worst service I have ever received. The front office is incapable of getting anything accomplished. I waited 3 months to get my lease finalized. During this time I was given incorrect information and not contacted about any updates. The grounds are messy, the sidewalks are filled with mulch, the sprinklers will drench you when you walk by at night. DO NOT COME HERE.
Cumberland Park is a well-managed, clean, quiet, great apartment complex. The apartments are super nice and spacious, and the clubhouse amenities are great. The gym has everything you need. The office staff and maintenance teams are professional, responsive, and considerate. My only issues have been a loud neighbor (who the office staff spoke with and handled immediately) and my light dimmer needing fixed (which the maintenance team replaced in less than 24 hours.) The location is PERFECT, near all of the fun Orlando activities and shopping, and not far from downtown. I totally recommend this wonderful community!

Been living here for almost 2 years. Management has been great and very responsive. Amenities are great. I would rate 5 stars except they dont seem inclined in enforcing the parking rules.
