Cons:
*they offer free consultations
Pros:
They are very caring and very professionals....but the most weird thing about them is that they want to collect the deductible for the whole treatment at one shot. Or you put your credit card info so they will manage that for you. They refuse to get the deductible as you go. First time I see something like that-
All in all I would try to give them another shot, maybe not for the massage but at least see how the medical side is and I will update the review then
Phone kept going off and I felt like she was texting and massaging me at the same time at some points.
There was a dead palmetto bug in the room where I was massaged in (in plain view as soon as you walk in)
I could have gone anywhere but because of Dr. Fishers reputation for care I came to Integrative's Colonial office. He gave great attention to detail. Even supervised the x-ray process to make sure that the exact spot was captured. This is the place to go if you need healing. I am going back for a mint scalp massage, who doesn't want that? Just fabulous.
*the massage itself was still very good regardless of the negative.
I receive physical therapy at this location, and I've never met a more caring and knowledgeable staff. I'm not one that generally enjoys going for medical treatment, but who does? I really appreciate the attention paid to my injuries, and to my healing process. I'm never rushed, rather encouraged to not push anything, in order to obtain the best possible results. When I'm in a lot of pain, extra care is taken to alleviate my suffering. This is the only place I look forward to going to on a consistent basis, when related to my health.
Amazing staff, they really care and help you get healthier. Very inviting and helpful. Its never packed so you can do what you have to do, plenty of parking. Every month they have a patient appreciation day, free massage and rafle. I would recommend everyone with orthopedic concerns to check them out!
I had a deep tissue massage. She didn't loosen or "soften" the muscles at all before the intense deep tissue, which I thought was odd since every other place I'd been to did start off easy to relax the muscles.
Left me covered in oil without wiping off but maybe that's just how they do things since they aren't a "spa"
*everyone was friendly
