The cora hunters creek team is awesome the girls up front are very nice and always makes me smile and the mike yarvi is an amazing therpist highly recommended

On June 18, 2016, I was involved in a relatively serious motorcycle accident. I sustained multiple injuries, and the ones pertinent to this review consisted of a broken hand and both wrists. After the first of three surgeries, I began what would end up being over a years worth of rehabilitation to regain movement and function in my wrists. I knew nothing of rehab centers in the area, and relied heavily on input from other people, both good and bad. I came to the conclusion to try CORA Hunters Creek after hearing several positive stories (and many negative ones from other centers), although it was significantly out of the way in relation to other options.

My treatment was handled by Michael Yarvi and Andrea Perez, and after the first few sessions I was certain I had made the right decision with my post operative care. Throughout the next thirteen months, I was able to make much better progress than was originally expected. Through the process, both Mike and Andrea were encouraging and took a very personal approach to my rehabilitation, something that was greatly appreciated with such a frustrating year of surgeries and dependency on others. My rehabilitation appointments were often painful and exhausting, yet were always something I looked forward to due to the aforementioned personal level at which both of them performed. This is an element that is COMPLETELY missing in all other facets of healthcare today, and one that is of the greatest importance when struggling with a debilitating condition.

I love this facility is close to my home.

Today, June 19, 2017 was my last visit to CORA, and its odd to say that I will miss going there. Over the past year I have been much more that just a patient with a number and a time slot. I was someone that mattered to everyone there, was never rushed in or out, or simply run through the motions like one of a hundred patients. Whether it was catching up with Mike about his do it yourself projects, or talking to Andrea about Zumba and fitness (she's also a movie star, by the way), I made sure to schedule at least a day per week with each of them because of each of their personalities.

Both Mike and Andrea were very knowledgeable and thorough, and seemed to be very well versed in their profession. I was provided with lots of exercises and stretches to do at home, which also greatly helped me meet the goals that we set initially in the treatment. As far as technical skills, I would say CORA should be a top contender if you are currently researching clinics for your treatment.

Awesome job! Love you all.

This review is long in comparison to the others I see here, but if your rehabilitation goals are paramount to your recovery and well being, I suggest reading it in its entirety.....

Very professional and friendly staff. Have treated my mother for the last month or so and am very happy with the service and her progress. Would recommend highly for physical therapy.

Carole, David, Zue and Vonshay make my experience at Cora positive and fun, as well an easy and all around wonderful experience, including my difficult road back to strength, and more. Each of them are helping me in my recovery, my medical schedule and my road back to life, in ways I am extremely grateful for. They're a amazing team.

God bless you all and extremely thankful. Make me feel like family.

Awesome physical therapy facility, excellent service always, very professional and courteous professional both Front Desk and Clinical Personnel, Office Manager . Always happy to be here and extremely happy to be a patient here. Most definitely I will recommend Cora Hunters Creek.

They treat patients with professionalism and courtesy, makes us feel at home, and welcome always!

I don't want to discount the rest of the clinic either, as everyone I encountered was always friendly, witty, and maintained the positive vibrancy that makes difficult situations bearable. Within the first two weeks everyone knew my name and what I was going through, again an aspect of modern healthcare that is seemingly nonexistent.

So, if you are relying on reviews (much like I did), I wanted to be sure that there was one here from a long term patient with an above expected outcome. I'm sure many other facilities are capable of good results, but I have never encountered a healthcare facility in which I felt like people actually cared what happened in the end. Much less one that I will actually miss going to.
