We have had bad meals twice recently at this Longhorns. Last night, out of 7 meals, only one steak was cooked well. Ribs were dry, 3 steaks were sent back, one of those twice, other steak under cooked but she didn't send it back. Question? How can you get a steak at a steak restaurant badly cooked? Shouldn't the chefs be more of an expert in steaks??? Not at this place! On the up side, the service was great, she handled the whole mess well. Never lost her cool. The manager took care of our tab but would have rather paid and had a good meal.

Every year, the place I work at, holds their company holiday luncheon here. They have excellent staff and have consistently had great food. The prices are reasonable with generous portions. This Longhorn stays busy, however they seem to get you seated fairly quickly. The managers are friendly and politely ask how our food and experience is.
Best steak in town! Long wait sometimes to be seated. Service can be a hit and a miss but the food is worth it!
I only did takeout but the bartender was great. She checked on me several times and my food came out perfect. The place looked clean from what I seen. If I wasn't rushing back to watch TV at my Airbnb I definitely would've liked to dine in.
