Food is fantastic, seems authentic Italian. The place is busy with take out. Atmosphere needs a little work if you are eating inside. Could use to be separated from the kitchen.

I'm a pizza lover and hands down this a place where you can delight yourself with some amazing tasteful slices of pizza. Every single bite is just outstanding. we just waited for 30 minutes for our order, but man everyone knows that great things take time. Our server was a young guy who did better than we expected. Excellent service, excellent price and amazing food. No doubt we will be back!
I'm not sure he was the manager, but if he is he needs some customer service training.
Terrible customer service today. Asked for lunch special at 5 pm. It had ended at 4 pm. Although I've visited location for many years, some dude who said he was the manager told me with a horrible attitude that he would not honor the special. Past experiences at this place were not as upsetting as today's. Going forward I will travel extra distance to avoid this place. Food here is awesome, no complaints on that regard. Never seen this alleged manager. When I asked him if he was letting me walk out because special was over, his response was an emphatic, arrogant, and rude YES!
Pizza was delicious however.. I’m giving this a 2/5 because I was very disappointed that we ordered Garlic Knots and they didn’t come with sauce nor did it come with barely any garlic. I would think, I wouldn’t have to ask for those two items with my garlic knots since that’s the norm. Garlic knots bread itself were yummy but bland and dry. Next time I will ask for garlic and marinara sauce! Also, not the greatest customer service. Cashier didn’t seem happy at all.
I only ever buy pizza here, so don't know about the other food. However, in my experience, the NY style pizza is often great (nice chewy crust, excellent sauce, and plenty of cheese). Plus, the weekly specials are a good deal (in my opinion). That being said, I have had issues here and there with burnt flavored crust (overwhelming, not Neapolitan). The only other issues I tend to have are that picking up your food for carryout can be a little slow and disorganized, and often if you call in you'll be put on hold for several minutes during dinnertime hours. But, the pizza is normally worth the wait, and the people are always nice.
