How dare you think that your actions and business practices are remotely tolerable.
Wanted to love this concept, but fell far from good. Have used their services for the past couple of weeks, many mistakes with my order, just chalked it up to being a new customer. Order arrived wrong (both times), missing multiple meals. Food was good and portions were perfect for my daily routine. Again today order was messed up (missing meals). And my lunch today tasted horrible, undercooked, small portion of vegetables and absolutely no flavor. Chicken was dry and over cooked. Oh well, back to finding another meal company.
I've tried numerous food delivery services (Blue Apron, Green Chef, etc) and the prep time left me with no free time in the evenings. 2+ hours to prep, cook and clean is not what I consider convenient and easy cooking. Fresh-n-healthy meals is the solution. Prepped, cooked, ready to heat healthy meals. Some of the meal portion sizes are enough for 2 to share! The food is packaged in plastic. Since I'm cautious of heating plastic, I removed the food and heated it on a plate or in the oven. Simple, no mess. I saved the containers for future meal prep, too. Win-win. My favorite item is the falafel burger. Full of flavor and served with roasted sweet potato wedges and lettuce, tomato, onion. The labels are easy to read and I love how many options are gluten free! The owner is also very accomodating, friendly and passionate about great service to his customers :)
Fresh N healthy is far from what this company is, if you call dried out meat “Fresh”?? I sent them my macros and they promised me they could accomdate them, but when it came time to do they didn’t do it at all. They are very heavy into carbs like their Turkey Chili, was about 3-4oz of meat and beans and I measured 14-15 ounces of sweet potatoes no veggies at all. In my opinion they load up on the carbs to make the meals seem like your getting more and you aren’t. They have a lovely section where you can put in suggestions to your order which they completely ignored. When I spoke to Gabriel he told me they don’t make any subsitions, deletions of any kind. So that means my options would have been very limited. I also asked for no mushrooms in one of his dishes because I am allergic to it, like deadly. His suggestion was simply to limit my meals again. Not very good business sense at all, can anyone name a restaurant that would refuse a deletion of an item a person had a food allergy too, not!!!! Instead of telling a customer to limit choices and having an order suggestion box that doesn’t mean anything, try accomadating your customers. There are so many other good meal prep companies in town my suggestion is to try one that will suit your needs Not their own.
And Yes, you are/were the owner of Strong Monkey and Flex Fit Foods. With a little searching your name is plastered all over both businesses. And history seems to repeat itself, THIEF, BULLY, LIAR all around horrible business boy. As far as your reputation, a bunch of your bad reviews have been removed, and are listed under some poor company in Michigan that probably failed because they are reviews for your company.
To the childish, bully, thieving, lying owner. I did not wish to further discuss any of our issues with you. We will not deal with you anymore. Foul mouthed child! We were clients who should have done our research before doing business with an infantile ego maniac. You Gabriel Santiago are a crook and a thief, with poor customer service skills. You stole from us and many others like us. You even went on to berate one of your other clients.
The ownership, management, and food are all fantastic. Having them delivered to my home 2x a week also is very convenient. I am on a pretty strict protocol with my nutrition. Gabriel has always answered all my questions regardless of when I email him. The food is portioned very appropriately and is nutritious, clean and very delicious! The recipes they use are beautiful and help me to get the right amount of nutrition I need in a varied, healthful way. One trick if you are on a strict nutritious protocol - don't look at the other categories! Because they look just as good! LOL!!!
How many reviews are made by you or your staff?
And any one looking for a discount, it's not worth it!! Try Healthy Chef Creations, Fia's Paleo, Mealsthatfit, Fitlife Foods, Dreams And Sugar....... I am sure they will recognize any competitors deals.......

Owner is a crook, liar, bully and a thief! Business name has changed multiple times to hide bad reviews, Owner was Strong monkey, and Flex Fit Foods. After getting screwed over by his childish antics, we started to research and contact past customers, poor customer service, steals money and doesn't return money after mistakes. If he doesn't recognize a name Gabriel claims "you're not a client of ours."
