At 730 am Weds 11/08/17 made an appt with Sybil for at home work on my car lock for after 430 pm the next day. No one showed. I called the company. Annette told me they had no service request for me and that they don't make appointments. I told her she was incorrect and that I'd get another company. She said ok. Be careful! And this is a AAA BBB company?????
