Call first! Got there and had to inquire at the auto body place next door. Gal gave me the locksmith's card and said if I called they'd tell me when they'd be back from out in the field. I called, man answered quite grumpily. I said ideas looking to get a key made and was told to call and see when they'd be back and the man said "I'm at lunch, so I'll be back later" in a way that made me go find a different locksmith. I don't know how good of work they do, but their customer service is lacking.

This place is EXCELLENT. One of the clasps broke on a keychain when I left keys to be made, which was most likely not even their fault, it was old, and when I arrived he gave me the copies for FREE!!! I absolutely refused and demanded to pay him over something so small and insignificant. He would NOT take my money. Unreal! You are officially our PERMANENT locksmith for all of our trucks, personal vehicles, offices, and warehouse. That's how you do business folks!
