Any father having custody issues needs to run from you or your firm at lightning speed! If your a father and hear a judge even mention the name Cinami or Demps- pay your attorney your last dollar to object to their appointment on your case.
I really appreciate Melanie Demps representing me. This is the first law firm I've found that was so RESPONSIBLE with my money!...I've put down many retainers to different attorney's over the years, never to see it again! This firm is NOT that way, Melanie Demps, and her legal assistants Kristen, and Kelly are all very professional and responsive to my questions, and I was always aware how much of my retainer was left, and given plenty of notice when it was time to add more...I was pleasantly surprised when I got an itemized bill after volumes of correspondence and I still had a CREDIT! When choosing a law firm, it's not the dollar amount per hour that's important, its what is DONE with that hour that makes a good law firm. Melanie always gave sound advise and fully explained my options whether they were good or bad, and utilized her team to stretch my retainer farther than I've ever seen a retainer stretched! Melanie will treat you and everyone (including the opposition) with fairness, honesty, and good old fashioned common sense. This, you may find, is rare in attorneys! Melanie is a skilled mediator, so if you really want a solution and DON'T want to argue with your opposition (which only costs more money by the way), then McMichen, Cinami & Demps is the right choice!
