Only thing they do is make yoh answer tons of questions and yhen just give you minimal advice. No legal aid whatsoever
They didn't help me at all.they really piss me off my situation
Don't waste your time they don't help at alll. By phone they tell you one thing and that they will help you. In person they ask you all the same questions that they asked by phone again. Computers were not working well and had to go to 3 different rooms until they found a working computer. They give your info to the attorney and wait 1 week for a letter by mail. Then 5 days after that week you have to call and they tell you they CAN'T help you and forward to another attorney super far away in Alta Monte Springs. In my experience they don't help at all , I don't recommend this service.
This a very understanding, and helpful business .They prepared my taxes their so great with helping others with legal issues.
Not very helpful staff and did I say the staff is horrible. Except the little receptionist she beyond life so sweet and lovely.
