The workers at this place are incredibly dedicated. They work long hours with the main reward being assisting their paisanos.
I read all the whining about wait times and am curious if those whiners know the quantity of Mexicans that need assistance in Florida.

Drove with my dad for 6 hours and arrived just to be informed that they are not open today even thought their site says open today from 8am-2pm
The two girls that attended us were very nice and friendly. Please make sure you have an appointment and if your going for a passport do not show up with under shirt(sleeveless) Lol we saw some people getting a passport with under shirt (sleeveless) and got rejected. Really you really thought you can get a passport and picture taken like that.
They're schedule online says they're open Saturday 8am-2pm but I waited outside until 10am and it never opened tried calling the phone number listed but never got a response. Waste of time I drove here for almost 2 hours to get no service....horrible
I could write a whole essay on how low standart workers they or but long story short very disappointed they say they are here to help raza but just make things a whole lot more complicated i dont even think they deserve this one star make it a negative
