Horrible as usual. The can never solve anything. The more complicated they can make it, the better. That's their philosophy of what a consulate is. Instead of being a real bridge and problem solver between Colombia and the Colombians who live out of their country.

Not professional at all... I went there for my renewal Colombian passport and the lady that assisted me didn't even asked if had any other questions... All she said that we will email you when you could come by and pick up my new passport.. I asked her politely to confirmed the email address.. All she said that is "the one that you provided" So we are going back and forth and politely left discouraged.. I've never got an emailed... Had to to email myself to find out if my passport was available... Best regards, Alvaro
Friendly and fast service. The new Consulate location is a bit farther than the one downtown but service is excellent....
Didn't have to wait long, and the gentleman that took care of us was very professional and eager to help. We were not going to be able to finish our errand, but we explained that we had come all the way from Tampa, so he took the time to help us out
They provided outstanding customer service. The young lady at reception desk was professional, organized and friendly. I didn’t have to wait too long before the called me into the office. Jeanet is very knowledgeable; she answered all my questions and clarified my concerns. Overall it was a great experience. Good job!!.
