I’m grateful that this location had the gear I needed last minute AT a reasonable rate. I called at 7am and someone answered even though they officially open at 10am. As a DJ on the road it’s an oasis of equipment to help me be successful.
Every cable was broken so trying the guitars or amps was difficult. The condition of their used equipment was laughable and for the prices they are asking everything should have already been taken care of. The associates seemed like they wanted to help but once I talked to someone I assumed was a manager I was very let down by their unwillingness to help me. Unless you live out by this location don't make the trip. Literally any other music shop in Orlando I have been in was a better experience.

Excellent customer service. The salesman have my daughter lots of great advise. Never tried to upscale us of the acoustic we were looking for
Pretty good sized place in comparison to some others. I enjoyed shopping around here. It never felt crowded even though there were many customers present.
