The worst and most unprofessional experience I've ever had! And I was dealing with the general manager Daniel who refused to honor the shelf price of the 2 Xbox S 1T games listed on the Shelf for 279. I could understand if it was merely 1 console but it was not one but two game consoles on the shelf at that price. The price should have been honored. I have spent a great deal of money in Best Buy and this was a great disappointment.
I was there to buy 2 laptops and a flat screen......stood in the computer section for a whole hour.......nobody came to help me. Walked up to 3 different employees and asked for assistance. I was told someone would come......nobody never came. You guys just lost about $4000 I was gonna spend. Now I'm never coming back. "Worst Buy"
Best Buy is the best place to find electronics, appliances, TV components and even home theater systems at great prices. I braved Black Friday. Glad I did. Got some great deals, and found a Roomba for a great price!
After waiting 40 minutes in line (which seems pretty normal for Best Buy these days) I was treated poorly by one of the Geek Squad guys. He was extremely rude and condescending.
I recently visited this Best Buy located and spoke with an Apple employee and was planning on purchasing an Apple Watch. While asking for her help, she stated that I could figure it out myself and pointed to the shelf with the Apple watches. When I told her that I did not have any questions, and would just like to purchase the product she told me "well I would have to walk over and pick it up the same as you so why don't you just go do it". She was so rude, I left the store in tears! And will never purchase from this location. The manager Daniel addressed my concerns and apologized and was very nice before I left but that employee ruined the entire experience. Unfortunately she is employed by another company but hopefully they can send her away and bring in a better Apple employee. Then I would maybe come back.
He didn't have a name tag and he doesn't speak clearly, but he refused to help me. I had to get a manager to get help. Manager acted quickly, but never apologized or even followed up to make sure I was actually being helped. Customer service is not a priority here. Very disappointing experience. I used to love going to Best Buy.
