After putting my dad on NPO fast for over 12 hours, they then proceeded to make him wait 2 extra hours before the scheduled procedure. Unsanitary conditions, mostly disrespectful staff, and endless bureaucracy! If you care about your health, don’t come here. They overschedule and underserve.
Wow, Dr. Pothamsetty is great! As a new patient, they sat and learned everything about me and took my full history. Really impressed with their professionalism and demeanor.... The wait time was only 9 minutes in the waiting room. Dr. Pothamsetty answered all my questions fully. At no time did I feel hurried or overwhelmed. The office staff reflects professionalism and kindness by being courteous, helpful and pleasant. I cannot recommend this office enough.
My dad visited Dr. Pothamsetty best doctor awesome beside manners sat and explained everything to my dad and me. He had his colonoscopy at Millenia and it was great experience. Definitely recommend.
