All my visits there always have a great service, my son is very expressive if he wouldn't like Dr. Corp definitely i would have noticed. Also everytime I have and emergency and needed a walk through appt that always make room for me and that is one of my major concerns with pediatrician are they willing to take that unexpected extra patient ? Well he does!
The staff is horrible!!!!!!!!! And it's getting worse!!!!! They never checked my daughters insurance made me switch n then come to find out they did take it! It def seems like he overbooks! I hear the doc tell the staff what to do for my baby n they did half of that! They have no personality, the front desk staff are rude! The scheduling is ridiculous I think he would get better reviews if he had a good staff but in 6.5years it has not changed. If he wasn't a good doc I wouldn't go but I am def looking into other doctors at this point just so I don't have to deal with his office anymore! I'm so done!!!!! They don't answer their phone a lot of the time! And when I was waiting they never explained the referral process and said it takes up to a week and a half. I sat around waiting on the phone in the parking lot for over 20 minutes before they finally answered my call to let me know that because once I got out and loaded my baby in the car I didn't want to have to reload in the heat. If I don't receive it I will add to this post or post another to update!!!!!! I would go elsewhere if you truly r looking for a doctor for your kids!!
I would give this place 0 if I could. Our appointment time was 8:15, got there before and checked in... 9:15 barely any movement in the waiting room, an hour and a half later I walk up and ask what's going on... no one seemed to be top worried about the back up. Peope take off work or hold kids from school to go to an appointment. 10 am still sit ting here... Is this normal?
Please parents do not take your child to this doctor. To start off his staff is rude and I was almost there 2 hours before they let me into a room. On top of that he questioned me when I told him I didn't want all the vaccines given to my baby at once for medical reasons that I believe in, his answer was "do you know you would have to come into the office more." It gets worst I took my baby to the Nemours ER yesterday and they told me the medicine he prescribed me for the cough shouldn't be taken for a child under 6 years old. My son was only 6 months at the time. It was my first time going there and will be my last.
People that complain about the wait time need to get a hobby. The staff goes out of their way to get people in when the kids are sick, so waiting a little bit won't kill anyone. Also, Dr. Corp is the most caring, throughtful doctor I have ever met. He always listens to my concerns and addresses them accordingly. He is a no nonsense doctor that gets to the point and I wouldn't have it any other way.
