NEVER again will I step foot in this store! They lost an entire bag of clothes I dropped off to sell and here we are a week after and still no one is able to tell me what happened! The “manager” called me last Wednesday and said he’d call me back by the end of the day and it is now Monday and no call...I call to ask and all he says is “we are trying and I’m sorry” what he needs to do is get rid of those employees that are rude and all they do is talk to each other instead of being careful with what bags they put down! I much rather take the drive to the Florida Mall store...nicer people and more organized!! Such a shame to have this type of business in hunters creek! I wish I could give them no stars because even 1 Star is too much for the poor customer service and lack of responsibility these people have!
We often will trade in previously worn clothing and toys from our son but I'll be honest, you won't get a tremendous amount of money from doing so -- pretty much like donating them. However, they do offer great prices on gently used kids clothes and we have bought so many high quality clothing items from here for a fraction of their original cost -- so it's a huge savings! If you want to get high quality clothing for your child and save some money, don't be afraid to try this place out.
