Great service! I was in a rush and buying a shirt that I needed to wear right away for a presentation, and Tiffany offered to steam it for me (seeing it was a bit wrinkly). Awesome experience and very impressed.
Long waiting time at the cashier, they definitely need more people...
I’ve been a frequent flyer at this store until today. Horrible customer service. The attendant at the register was not helpful at all and just flat out rude. She didn’t want to accept my student discount and bare in mind I’ve used a million time since the store opens. Needless to say I will not be returning or recommending. They could brush up on there manners.
The last 4 years very low quality clothing, specially the "polo" shirts are very weird long sizes and in many cases after first wash star showing up. I will cancel my c.c. this week. Sad, it used to be a very quality clothing.
Standard BA, never had a bad experience. Keep in mind it's an outlet so you won't get the "actual" BA clothes.
