This has become my favorite coffee spot in Orlando. Coffee is good. Pastry taste fresh. A good variety of breads (Cheese Bread, Stuffed Breads, Bread Pudding, and more). They also have Arepas and Stuffed Yucas. So delicious!!! Prices are cheap. And Customer Service always great!! Definitely recommend it.
Will be going again, and probably again... And again. From the service to the food, all exceptional. They were busy, but had plenty of staff to handle that customers. Everything was extremely fresh from empanadas to cheese stuffed bread. The mocha cappuccino nicely served. All the food I tried was exceptional and I want to try more. Check out the homemade sauces. Do try this place out! You won't be disappointed.
Since it was my first time at this bakery, I asked the staff what they recommend. I was disappointed my the treatment I got and how they didn't seem to pay much attention to me. But, the food was good, and I will give it one more try.
Ordered 2 Munellos, 2 Pan de Bono, 2 empanadas. The two employees attending customers were welcoming. The problem I had was with my Munellos were both under cooked. Outside the Munuello was fine but once I bit inside it was moosh raw doe. I took the Muellos back and they offered to reimburse me for the Muenellos or wait 12minutes for another batch to cook. I chose reimbursement because there was 2 Munellos on display even after I drive back and showed the employee my raw Munello. Unexceptable maybe the cook and the employee gets it right next time. I expected for the other 2 Munellos on display to be thrown away.
I was looking forward to visiting and really wanted to like this place. My first visit left a lot to be desired from poor and slow customer service to cashiers that did not know the prices of things or how to charge them. I got about three different amounts when I was ready to pay. The coffee was not that great either. Decided to visit on another day to give them another chance. Second time I waited about 20 minutes to get two (already made) pan de Bonos. And is not like there were a lot of people in the line. When it came time to pay the cashier again made a mistake on the amount. Decided to give them another chance and went in to get a pan de bono, but they were out. For me it has been an unpleasant experience every time I visit, so I won’t be going again.
