We rented a property from this company for two years. When we moved out we left the house completely clean. We had the carpets professionally cleaned. They still deducted $900 from my deposit . I have never had anyone deduct a penny from my deposit in the past. Juan Cotto and the rest of the people who work for this company are dishonest. Stay away from this company. Do not do business with these crooks. Do some research. There are a lot of reviews on Yelp and Google. I believe the positive reviews are fake.

In full disclosure we do provide this group with appliance repair services but I must say they have a depth of talent not typically seen in a group of this type. They are completely diligent in managing tenant issues related to appliances, Air conditioning repair. I have experienced them first hand. They are demanding of vendors that supply them with services in managing their portfolio of properties. We have a good working relationship with them and I value this company and the opportunity that have presented to us. Thank you Premium...Your name speaks of mission!
Renter's do not even waste your time. They will just your application fee with no intention on renting you the property. I have NEVER been denied for a place. I've never seen such a scam like this place like I said I've never been evicted or sued and have been paying rent for 20 plus years. I've had places make me put a bigger deposit down but not denying my application for me, my, and two children because I paid my rent late a few times in the last 20 years but it always get paid before anything else. They will take multiple applications on one property so they are not trying to even help find a place. So bottom line is don't even waste your time or money because that's all your doing. Also they couldn't even call me to tell me. They did it by voicemail and email. They wouldn't even take my calls afterwards so again completely a scam
