Jim was pleasant and fixed not only the one leak but a secondary one he found during the repair. My husband thought he was great and told me that you could tell that Jim had been in the business a long time because he really knew what he was doing. He arrived quickly and as promised, he rapidly fixed the water supply to the house and his price was very reasonable.

I made a few other calls and a large service company (RR) promised to be out in an hour. Well in the meantime Jim called back. I told him that he was my first choice but this other company was on the way. He called back and the large service company had not arrived in the promised time and he was just around the corner.
