Waited a little long for the shuttle bus but worth it. Check in was great and staff was very helpful. Car was ready for us and clean.

You need to call England to cancel the reservation.
Only major issue is for Seniors traveling along, without having curve side pick up, one has to lug or roll their bags inside. If someone drops you off at the curve, you're on your on, terrible for those requiring special assistance..
We have the car for 1 week and hopefully they will live up to the 5
