Took my kids here for a quick day adventure. It was a nice 1-2 hour long Museum visit with a large piece of ice at the end that the children could touch. Slight interaction at the beginning but not all the way through. No photography allowed. Sorry.
Absolutely awful!! Rude reception staff. My disabled mother needed to use the restroom and the woman behind the desk wouldn’t tell us where the toilet was until we’d payed. The tour guide mumbled so we couldn’t understand what he was saying. He disappeared in the second room and then you’re left on your own. Loads of artifacts from the era, hardly anything from the actual Titanic. Overpriced rubbish!

In September 2010, my father and I visited this exhibition on the third day of our holiday in the USA and it was really exciting. It looked like we were inside the ship of Titanic!
this one is not as nice as the one in Tennessee. but it was nice and enjoyable. I really liked all the info and artifacts. I do not like how you cant take pictures or make memories here it kind of ruined the moment. and of course it was not busy so no one was taking the photos when you walked in so we got nothing like we did in Tennessee.
I enjoyed this experience for the most part with my wife and daughter. It’s not a very big venue which was kind of surprising to me. We paid about $43 for two adult tickets. I think it was a tad bit too much based on the size of the exhibition and amount of genuine artifacts from the crash. Granted I know there are only so many genuine artifacts from the site but, I think they could of had more. Nevertheless I enjoyed it and would go again.
