I would give this place zero stars if I could! Dr. Ellis is the worst doctor In have ever been to. I am a Cisgender male with a testosterone deficiency and started to go here for treatment. After a few months of going she continued cutting my dosage and treating me terribly. I became upset because I am autistic so to avoid conflict I walked out of the room while my wife stayed behind to deal with Ellis. Then they demanded I bring proof that I am seeing a therapist for treatment or they wouldn't see me! They even acussed me of not paying for my appointments and tried to charge me 100$ then, when they found out they were wrong they didn't even apologize! They are refusing to allow any docter to treat me even when I tried to request someone other than Ellis, the secretary in the medical clinic said that Hargrove made it to where I wasn't allowed back! They are breaking the American with disabilities act that says discrimination is not allowed in the work place and it also has added that discrimination is illegal in medical facilities. They are also breaking the oath to do no harm to patients. Since they are refusing to see me they are causing me to be unable to get my medication which has made my mental state plummet and my therapist even agreed. My CVS has called or contacted them 4 times to try and ask them to help but they have ignored them. So now I have just gotten my right to sue paper work in the mail and medical malpractice since Ellis put that i am transgender and then that I was intersex when I told her I am cisgender and I have the proof! They forced my hand and now anyone I know who is going there or thinking about going there I will tell them what has happened like In have already done for 10 people.
In closing I should point out that the mental health clinic is on the second floor, and the medical clinic is on the fourth floor (at the time of my visit -check before you go). Please pardon the pun, yet this is just another feather in the cap of Two Spirit, because their health services range from mental health (counseling) to physical health (medical, prescriptions, etc)

Also something I found super wonderful was that I could download the new patient forms to fill out at home, and bring with me to my appointment. My appointment was set for three days later on Thursday at 1.
Walking into the practice on my appointment day, upon opening the door, I was greeted with a warm, and inviting interior environment. The lighting levels are perfect, with soft tasteful music playing in the background. The furniture is big and comfy, with community magazines to read if one wished to. I checked in with Bobby at the front desk and handed in my papers which I downloaded. A few moments later my counselor Ernie came out to greet me with a warm smile. After a brief hello and how are you, we went back to one of the pleasantly appointed offices and started my first session.
Having reached that point in my transition where I knew it was time to begin HRT, I decided to search online for Trans friendly counseling services. Right there on the first page of results, the name jumped out at me: "Two Spirit Health Services Inc."
Been seeing someone at this facility since June of last year and its been the best decision I've made. They don't always answer the phone so usually you'll have to leave a message but they do a good job at calling back to set up an appointment.
Reading the clinics "About" page; I learned that not only is Two Spirit LGBT friendly, yet was actually established to serve the needs of the Central Florida gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender community to get mental health and other related services. Their concept is to provide the feel of a private practice office, rather than an institution, and staffed by people who “get us”. Furthermore the Two Spirit website also has a page dedicated to gender transitioners, (like me) which after reading, I knew without a doubt in my mind that I had found the place for me. Being that it was dark:30 on a Sunday Morning, I utilized the "Contact" page on the website. The very next day on Monday at 10:32am I received an email back with information, and the number to dial to set up an appointment.
Fantastic! I could not have chosen better. To be honest, I had imagined that my first session would be filled with time having me explain to the counselor the generalities of transition before we even got to the particulars of my transition. Nope, this is nothing new here, and within a few moments I was able to establish a rapport with Ernie and we could get right down to the "soup" of my personal transition, addressing my personal situation, family background, work and home conditions, and other factors that are better addressed before starting HRT. Love, love - LOVE! Some sessions later I was told I would receive my letter clearing me to see a medical doctor, and begin the next step of my transition and start HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy).
Walked in sat down at talked to the therapist and got my letter done same day. It takes a week to process but they do take insurance and everything else too. They don't gate keep here and they get the job done relatively quickly. So look forward to this place cause both the staff and therapist are great and you'll love them.
They were great at what they were doing in my case for a few months, but every time we would try to call, they would never answer. Now that they don't do Skype calls anymore, I can't get my Testosterone anymore, I'm knocking my review from what I would put 4 stars to a 1 since it took them a month and a half just to tell us that they aren't doing skype calls anymore! I'm super upset and I can't find ANYWHERE ELSE that will give me my testosterone, I'm on my last shot too!
