Kim, the massage therapist, is very professional. I love how she was so caring and full of knowledge. I felt so relaxed and comfortable through my whole massage experience. The location is also phenomal it felt like I was at a resort with out the crowd. There is a pool that I was able to use, refreshment area, and I even ate lunch there. Hands down Kim is the best in the central Florida area!!!!
Spa W is a little oasis in the heart of Lake Nona. The unassuming retirement center hosts this relaxing and beautiful spa. Kim is an wonderful massage therapist that connects with her clients and delivers what the client requests. Her touch is therapeutic and relaxing. She is able to deliver a customized massage without the big box massage restrictions. I highly recommend Kim and this peaceful spa.
