It is quite saddening to see how the owners have responded to their negative feedback by claiming that the reviewers did not in fact attend their facility. I was also a victim of poor treatment, and would never direct anyone I know to the Orlando Institute - The Center For Electrolysis. After more than 12 sessions on my legs, there was no visible difference in hair loss. I spent thousands of dollars and ended up with a terrible and painful skin rash on my legs that is visible even after several months since I received the laser services. I have a friend that also had a terrible reaction on his skin after the treatments. I was attended by Michelle Waggoner in the case that the owners attempt to dismiss this comment. PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER LASER FACILITY FOR YOUR TREATMENT. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

After receiving laser hair removal service from a clinic in Longwood. FL from 2010-2011 I noticed that my hair was increasing. I spent thousands and thousands at that place and they had no idea what they were doing. The lady who did my laser was not even certified. I finally left them and found Orlando institute by doing some research online.
I went to the Orlando Institute for skin care. The teacher was very unprofessional & actually spent more time joking around with a fellow student then teaching. I was there to learn and not to be social. Although I've only heard good things about the laser & Electrolysis program...I would recommend going elsewhere for skincare.
I have been working with this group for a little over a year, and am now nearly hair free. They are great to work with, and will treat you right. I looked into a number of other clinics before deciding on this one, and have no regrets on my choice. I have sent a number of friends to them as well, and everyone has been as happy as I have been.
They have different lasers and match you up according to skin tone/type to make sure they use the best laser possible for your skin to give you results.
