I dunno how they do it, but Labor SMART in Orlando seems to find good people, they don't screw up the billing, the office staff is very co-operative and I am glad that I am doing business with them.
I've continued to use Labor SMART and I am still happy. Good people, competent office staff and billing.

I've never had a single problem with any of them. Most of the time the workers arrived at the agreed meeting place before me, and they worked all day without complaint, I gave them their breaks as required by labor law and they gave me good value for money.
