Actually, this is ZERO stars. This place was highly recommended to me by my neighbor. I went to see them for 2 reasons, to talk about an end of life service for my wife and me, and I needed help getting a bronze vetrans plaque for my father, buried in Virginia for over 30 years. I only recently found his paperwork (WW II Navy) to send to the VA. They provided me with a form to fill out. NO CHARGE TO ME OR THE HOME. The lady said she'd see what she could do to send it on to VA. Long story short, she kept telling (lying) to me she was talking to two cemeteries to have them sign off, when actually the funeral director signs it. She kept promising to call me, yet l had to REPEATEDLY call her, only for her to lie again, saying she'd call me back.
