Good service but everything it’s way overpriced, just to print and fax two pages I️ spend $8.
Not sure where these 1 star reviews come from. Everyone here provides fantastic, personable service. Whether I am on the phone asking about checking me mail, different services etc they are always super helpful, and in store it’s all the same. A great bunch here. I’ve had about 50 interactions with the store (in store or on phone) since my initial move so far, and every single one has been a great experience.
Horrible service! I can not understand as a customer why are my packages all over the place, instead of being delivered properly. Apparently there's nothing that can be done about UPS service or our delivery driver.
This UPS Store has some serious customer service problem from the manger Amber on down. I am an artist and designed a Horseshoe Christmas for a client. My wife took it to The UPS Store to have it packaged and sent off to the client. At first, they wanted to place in a box that was to small for the item. Now for the break down 24x18x12 cardboard for that you can get at Uline for $2.07 or Home Depot for $1.46 The UPS Store charged me Wait for it…………………. Wait for it………………. $11.81 But wait it does not stop there. To use paper packing to package it they charged me $14.42 for maybe 10 ft. of packing paper. Mind you, you can go to home depot and get a roll of packing paper in 1200 ft. for only $25.19. Now on to the shipping if you go to UPS and look up the rate it is $29.04, The UPS Store Charged my $46.11. for a total of $74.05 and guess what????? Yup the Steel Horseshoe Christmas tree arrived Bent and Broke. I Call The UPS Store to file a claim. Jekira the same employee that took the package in also took the phone call Very Very unprofessional I ask her to speak with the manager. I then sit on hold for 10 mins till Amber picks up. Through our talks you could hear amber put the phone down and ask Jekria if she asked my wife if she wanted peanut packing then comes on and says she remembers the “Christmas Thingy” and my wife and she “Amber” asked my wife if she wanted peanut packing. I said I just heard you ask Jekria the same thing and you just repeated what Jekria said and wife that you are lying and at the same time calling my wife a liar. I understand the are right by Universal Studios and are price gouging the tourist. But really, I did ask to speak to the own. Well she was not going to have that happen. I have called UPS to file a complaint with them as well I will be contacting the BBB and my credit card company to recover my losses. Please if you are from out of state and are shipping items home please go somewhere else because if something happens you are out of luck.
