AVOID. We had a simple but time-critical electrical repair need and called Prestige. I left my name and number, first on an answering machine and later with a person who answered the phone. No return call after 48 hours. Called another company and the repair was completed within six hours of my first contact with them. Too bad I can't give Prestige zero stars.
