Not real bowling lanes. Pins on strings. Fun for newbies maybe. No AC in the mall and it's directly connected so it's kinda hot though. Fashion Square Mall has been going down hill so no real surprise.
Great idea for a cheap date night. Customer service is great. Ask for Mark...he is awesome! If you use GPS to find it, you have to go in the mall on the second floor near the theater. It was hard to find at first but worth it. We are sure to become regulars here. ☺️
Me and my family went and read all the bad reviews so we hesitated to go but actually had a good time. It was pretty hot in there so that was kinda annoying, however while your having a good time its not too bad. We liked how you could buy a dribk and get free refills. They were on strings however we didnt seem to mind. In my opinion as long as you are having a great time all the rest doesnt really matter. And after you’re done you could play in the arcade right outside.
This was the worst bowling facility I've ever taken my family to. We're on vacation visiting from Miami and wanted to entertain our boys. It's extremely hot. There's no way you can bowl in the heat. The staff was wiping their faces from the sweat dripping off their faces. How in the hell can this place still be open? As for the food we ordered, we trashed it. Disgusting!!! I highly recommend you take your family somewhere else to bowl.
I went here for family fun night with my kids. Staff was unprofessional. Spent more times on their phone than assisting customers. Shoe sizes were off and didn't fit. Shoes that were big but had to do had a huge hole in the front. Bowling area was not clean. Couches were to low to ground and very dirty. I will not return. I went because of the Groupon deal.
