This is my FAVORITE store!!! They carry a HUGE selection of all kinds of books. If you can't find the book you want, they will order it for you, to be either picked up at the store or have it mailed directly to your home. This store, has the BIGGEST bargain book area and magazine area, than any other B&N stores. They also have the BEST selection of gifts, journals, puzzles, games, calenders, desk items, and all sorts of cute book related gifts like book marks, book lights, book holders, etc. Plus, the cafe serves THE BEST NY CHEESECAKE and CHAI LATTE!!! Check them out, I am SURE you will LOVE THEM TOO!!!
Terrible service. I wasted 30 minutes waiting to be helped at customer service then went to the cashier who told me to go back to customer service. 15 minutes later I pulled out my phone and ordered the book on amazon while at the store.
Excellent selection. Friendly staff. Easy to find items. Excellent setup. Has cafe. Has music. Two floors of selection. Had full series of books I was looking for. Would return for any and all book needs. Moderately expensive but probably worth it.
Always a nice. The young man that help me he was great. The young women on my way well she could a bit nicer. But we all have bad days.
The employee actually walked up with me to take me to the section I needed. I didn't find it but he was very nice. It's so clean and has a good atmosphere
