I had never dined at Blue Zoo before, and I actually work elsewhere on property. My uncle was visiting Orlando for a conference and really wanted top notch seafood, and I am beyond delighted to say Blue Zoo absolutely delivered.

This is a topnotch restaurant. Since it's inside Disney's resort, I was surprised that the price was not higher than that at any other high-end restaurant. I dined here two nights in a row. The mero (Hawaiian sea bass) was fantastic - top notch ingredients and preparation, leaving you wanting more. The blackened grouper was excellent also. Services were superb (speedy, warm and processional) at both the bar and in the dining room. The bartenders knew how to make real drinks - which is a plus nowadays especially at tourist spots such as this. Finally, I thoroughly enjoyed the desert Chocorange.
Todd English's restaurant is an upscale restaurant that offers a fine dining experience on the Disney Resort in the Dolphin Hotel.I had the shrimp and grits as an appetizer. The flavor was amazing and the food just melted in your mouth. For my main dish I had the blackened grouper. One again it did not disappoint. This is definitely worth the experience and time to visit. The bar is visually appealing and the overall experience is wonderful. I I would highly recommend you visit Todd english's bluezoo next time you're in the area.
Service was extremely slow. The seafood tower was disappointing and well over priced-they should stick to seafood on the tower instead of the poor tasting ceviche. On a positive note, the lobster mac & cheese and crispy Asia pork ribs were outstanding. Not sure I would ever recommend this restaurant even though it is highly touted.

My uncle was particularly elated with the atmosphere. He felt welcomed and comfortable but still felt it was refined and made him feel like he was on vacation.
He was also absolutely pleased with the service. Top notch to say the least, even from a service industry stand point. Shout out to Jimmy for walking us through the dishes and patiently answering all of our questions.
Nice restaurant but very dark...it was hard to read the menu. The food was excellent but the portions were small. I appreciate that is often a sign of quality but after a day wandering around Disney some quantity would have been appreciated too:)
We all shared a couple appetizers, each had a fish entree, and even had assorted truffles for dessert. All of Blue zoo's dishes are well thought out, inventive, and DELICIOUS.
My uncle was so elated with this experience that he will be trying to bring his company to our property next time around.
