Came in on Sunday evening not busy at all. The waitress seemed nice after we ordered our drinks and placed out order we did not see the waitress for another 30mins. When she actually looked at our table again she looked surprised as if she forgot we were here. We asked to speak with a manager and the waitress started stating that she had a large priority table. As if our money wasn’t good enough to get our food. All the tables that were empty when we arrived had been served and was packing up to leave. The manager defended the waitress but later realized that her attitude was not the best for business. The food was good but the service was Absolutely awful. Also, our waitress never came back to our table after we spoke with the manger so we had to keep flagging the manager down to get assistance....
Food was ok, I had the pulled pork sandwich it was sliced not pulled so I had big chunks of fat in the sandwich. If it would've been shredded the fat would've been proportionally mixed with the meat so it wouldn't have been as noticeable but the BBQ sauce was tasty and the brioche roll was nicely toasted. My son got the hot dog it was huge and he enjoyed the fries. My mother in law got the garlic parmesan wings she said they tasted good. Service was good, hostess was friendly, only saw the manager once she seemed to be fixing a mistake at the table. The restaurant seemed slow but started getting busier as we were leaving. Definitely work to improve and I see loads of potential best of luck moving forward. We will definitely try it again, hopefully next year they have a few more options in the menu.
The food is a 5! But we waited 10 minutes before anyone took our DRINK orders. Dio delivered fantastic service but food delivery took an additional 30 minutes. There were not many customers at the time. We will be here all week. I'll try them again.
I came here with my boyfriend during their down time. The restaurant was not busy and we were leary of eating here because of all the negative reviews. However, we had a very nice experience. The food was very good and so was the service. I would definitely recommend this place and/or come here again.
Horrible night here. Stayed at Westgate and went here for our night. Hostess looked angry to have to be seating people. Sat down waited for 30 min to get a drink. Ordered brisket and waited 30min to be told they stopped serving that hours ago. Girlfriend politely brought the issues to Manager "David Colon" who chuckled and said "and what do you want me to do about this". I call him to the table and he was the most arrogant condescending person I've ever had seen in a management role. Now seeing his name in other ratings, I'm shocked no one has handled this. This could be a great place and has horrible reviews about service and people like David ruining it .
