I dont know about LBS as a company but, Do not go to the one in Kissimmee. Very unprofessional, Phone service is bad, When you call to check the status they never give a straight answer, everyone gives you a different date. The only one working hard there is the main manager, I dont know her name. They need to have a talk with the staff and get things in order.
Michelle crespo did my tax return at first she was real nice and after the irs sent her 700.00 to file my tax return and 4,429 that she was suppose to send to me.So she says she mailed the check out to me it has been 3weeks since still to this very day i havent recieved anything in the mail. I have called miss crespo over and over again and I leave her messages and she does not return my calls I need this money to help my dad in the nursing home and I have an 18 month old daughter that I have to keep a roof over her my lease is up at the end of the month and I have no where to go now because this income tax money was my last. I didn't want to call the irs or get an attourney because I trusted her but now I am going to have to go out of my and get every one involved michelle I hope you are ready for when the law comes and lbs corporaration is ready for this case!
I went to LBS in kissimmee but all I had with them was problems.
This place in Kissimmee suck, They charge me 1,000.00 to do my taxes and I never knew they did into a friend of mine told me about it, I go to see Linda, the manager, and she said,depending on my paper work that how much they charge. Thats BULL, They shut be close down and sue, they are ripping people elegal, I be contacting Morgan and Morgan to do a complaint, this got to stop...............
I went to LBS to do my taxes and the customer service I was given was wonderful! They explained everything in detail and made me feel comfortable to have them file my taxes. It is because of their excellent customer service that I will be returning to them next year!
